The Hopper Feeder CS is used for the automatic feeding of rag tearing machines and fibre openers.
The machine has the following characteristics:

• The horizontal conveyor is made in PVC with internal wooden slats
• The inclined conveyor is made in PVC with metal spikes mounted on internal wooden slats
• Both belts are hinge-type and can easily be removed and replaced
• The spiked apron is driven by a gearbox with variable speed motor controlled by frequency inverter
• Two stripper rolls allow a constant fedding volume of material and an uniform distribution of the fibres on the apron of the downstream machine
• The machine is supplied with collecting box for easy cleaning of the machine at any change of material
• The fibre doffing roll is driven by an independent gearbox with motor
• The machine can be equipped with a device for the interception and removal of ferrous parts with special magnetic bar and delivery plate
• When the machine is used for the feeding of a tearing machine is also equipped with a sprinkler bar controlled by electro valve, for the spraying of water or oil/water emulsion on the rags
